The iPhone I bought on March 9 from your authorized dealer in Hung Hom has proved defective after only one week of use.
The speaker of (m...) iPhone does not seem to be working properly. Even at full volume, I cannot hear clearly about(w....) others say on the phone. I have used Apple products for long time and have always been satisfied with the quality. This is why I was quite surprised when i detected the quality problem.
Since the iPhone i bought was not satisfactory, I really hope you will offer me a replacement.
